(a) Your account is valid for six months from date of last use.
(b) Your account has no cash value and is non-refundable
(c) Prices and fees are subject to change without notice
(d) Calls are rounded to 1 minute increments
(e) Calls from any mobile phone/cellular network, payphone, hotel phone or toll-free number may be subject to additional charges
(f) Local and International calls terminating to mobile phone/cellular networks may be charged at a higher rate than that listed, unless otherwise indicated with a specific rate
(g) Automated service and live customer service is available for all inquires. Live customer service is subject to stated business hours
(h) All charges are inclusive of 12.5% GST

HIT-connect is not responsible for:
(a) Unauthorised use of a person's Account by another person
(b) Lost or stolen Account and PIN numbers
(c) Non-delivery of Accounts or correspondence sent to a user's last known address

Service Obligations & Liability
(a) HIT-connect will endeavour to provide a 24x7 service to its customers. However HIT-connect does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times.
(b) Under no circumstances shall HIT-connect or any of its subcontractors or agents be liable to customers for special, incidental, indict or consequential damages as a result of a non-continuous service, or for any loss, damage or any expense directly or indirectly arising from a customer’s use or inability to use HIT-connect’s services or for commercial loss of any kind, including costs of procurement of substitute services, loss of profits and interruption of services.
